International deliveries

We process the order within 48 hours and proceed with the dispatch of your purchase. The arrival time will depend on the country. All international shipments are made via DHL

  • South America S/205 - $65
  • Rest of the World S/225 - $75

Information on taxes and/or tariffs

Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges (such as taxes and duties). It is the Customs agency of each country that determines the amount.

The client is responsible for paying any additional expenses requested by the corresponding authorities.

If you are buying from the United States, remember that the amount of duty-free imports must not exceed $800.

If you want to know the amount of duty-free imports in your country and/or to calculate how much you will have to pay for the item you are purchasing, we recommend you contact Customs.

In the event that the customer does not want to receive his order due to additional charges by Customs, CLUTCH reserves the right to charge him the costs of shipping or returning the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.

Exchanges

Our shoes are 100% leather and this material comes from nature, it is possible that it has some imperfections that make it genuine. If the product you received has any manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible to make the corresponding exchange.

Products purchased in SALE are not eligible for exchange.You can make any exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. You can exchange it for another size, for another product or for a credit note to be used within 6 months. We do not accept returns, only exchanges.

For any exchange of merchandise, the customer must present proof of payment. The products must be in their original packaging and without signs of use.

For any change, the customer must come to our store where we will check the condition of the product and if it complies with our exchange policies. If you are out of Lima, please contact us to make the exchange. 

Subsequently, the size change will be made, which is for exclusive use in our physical store and will not be valid for CLUTCH.PE or any of our online sales channels. All product exchanges are subject to availability and stock in store.

The credit note for product exchange must be applied in its entirety.

The credit note is personal and non-transferable. Likewise, the printed document must be presented at the time of application together with the ID card. Only one credit note can be applied per transaction. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

Changes policy

If the shoes you ordered are not your size, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure we have the size you need. Otherwise we cannot ensure that we have the necessary stock. Size or product exchanges can only be made once, by making the exchange you are accepting the new size and/or product. 

If the product you are exchanging is on sale, the original price will be taken into account without discounts or promotions. For product exchanges no discount or benefit will be applied. 

By making your purchases both in our physical and virtual store, you are accepting our exchange policy.
